Winslon Eve Monk

The daughter of Cody and Kristan, Winslon Eve Monk, of Troy, was born sleeping at 10:01am, on Sunday, November 11, 2018. She was 12.3 oz, 10 inches of pure perfection.  She was everything they prayed for and more.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 10:00am at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home 3110 Airport Rd. Temple, Texas 76504.

Winslon is survived by her parents Cody Wayne and Kristan Marie Monk of Troy, a brother Elgin Eugene Monk of Troy, grandparents, Eugene and Abi Allen III of Troy, Amy and Brad Weir of Moody, Lori Monk of Salado, and Gene and Melisa Monk III of Hutto, great-grandparents, Becky and Darrel Green of Morgan’s Point, Claude Allen, Jr. of Moffat, Margaret and Gene Monk of Jennings, FL, Joyce Haire of Salado, Rita and Johnny Kovar of Caldwell, and Frank and Debbie Tomascik of Galveston. She is also survived by her aunts and uncles, Amber Monk of Salado, Eric Walker of Salado, Colyn Mroz of Moody, Corbin Ovalle of Troy, Aaric Allen of Troy, and McKenzie Allen of Ft. Worth.

Winslon was preceded in death by her great-grandfather Verlon Haire and aunt Catherine Eve Mroz.

At the request of the family, casual and upbeat attire is requested.

In lieu of flowers memorials to the family would be appreciated.
