Zoe Michialk Rodriguez, 84, of Copperas Cove died Monday at her residence. No services are planned at this time. Mrs. Rodriguez was born in Greece September 3, 1932. She moved to Copperas Cove in the 1970’s. She married Mariano Rodriquez. He preceded her in death June 24, 2009. She was a homemaker and was of the Greek Orthodox faith. Survivors include her son Mike Rodriguez of Belton; one daughter Evengelia Estabrook of Temple; five grandchildren and one great grandchild. Scanio-Harper Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
