Angelo F. Veni, 85 of Toms River, NJ passed away Monday May 16, 2011 at Atlantic Coast Rehab in Lakewood, NJ. He was born and lived in Newark, NJ until moving to Ortley Beach in 1975 then Toms River in 1985. He was a member of the Blue Knights of NJ State Police and owned Angelo’s Radio and TV sales and Service in Newark, NJ for many years. Angelo is a US Army Veteran serving his country in WW II. He was pre-deceased by his parents Joseph and Catherine Veni (Fernicola) and former wife Talina Veni(Grosso). Surviving are his sons Joseph M and Harry J Veni; daughter Diane M Veni; grandchildren Nicholas, Marisa, Matthew, Bryan, Jennifer, Joseph P. and 4 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday May 23, 2011 from 2-4pm & 7-9pm from the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Road Toms River, NJ 08755. Interment will be private.
