Annette Carlo

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Annette lived a vibrant and fulfilling life. Her earlier years were filled with weekends in Atlantic City, evenings at the Copacabana, and joyful days at the local bingo hall. She had a true passion for cooking and baking and took great pleasure in hosting family for holidays and special occasions. As time went by, nothing made her more proud or more fulfilled than being a mother, grandmother and great grandmother as the matriarch of her family.

Annette was an avid animal lover and enjoyed completing crossword puzzles, watching classic movies, and spending time with her family.

Annette was married to the love of her life, Leonard (Leo) Carlo for 49 years before his passing in 2003. She is survived by her sons Nicholas Carlo and his former wife Jayne; Leonard Carlo and his wife Alice; her grandchildren Dayna M. Flores and her husband Joseph; Nicholas Carlo; and Leonard Carlo Jr., as well as her great grandchildren Aidan, Leo and Noah Flores.

A Visitation for Annette will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025 from 5-9 pm at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Rd., Toms River, NJ. A funeral service will be held at the Quinn-Hopping on Friday, November 14, 2025, 10 am and interment will follow to Resurrection Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.
