Louise D. Neigel

Louise is predeceased by her dear husband of 44 years Joseph, and her father Zygmund and mother Josephine. Loving mother to Natalie O’Donnell (John), Grammie to Sean O’Donnell (Maggie) and Erin O’Donnell. Louise is also survived by her sister Pauline Wasowski (Richard), three nieces, two nephews, two grandnephews and four grandnieces.

Louise met Joseph while working together, their friendship grew to love in a forever bond. Louise then worked in the insurance industry for most of her career as an account manager with the same employer for over 35 years until she eventually retired in 2019.

If you know Louise you know she was an incredible cook, her home was always a welcome place to share a meal and a drink. She was creative and loved sewing, crafting and reading.

Louise handled her cancer diagnosis with dignity, strength and faith in God. She was surrounded by family and many friends that helped her during her most challenging days. Treasure her memory with small acts of kindness and living in the present time with your loved ones, life is for living.

A memorial visitation for Louise will be held Saturday, December 18, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Quinn Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River, NJ 08755. Following the memorial visitation will be a memorial mass at 12:00 PM at St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, 130 St. Maximilian Lane, Toms River, NJ 08757.
