Margaret A. Lang

Margaret A. Lang, age 93, of Plainfield and formerly of Edison, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at the Complete Care at Plainfield in Plainfield, NJ. Margaret was born on November 26, 1930 in Perth Amboy, NJ, as the daughter of Florida and Robert C. Benjamin. Margaret was a graduate of Woodbridge High School. Prior to her retirement, she was an associate of Curtis Keys in Edison, NJ.

Daughter of the late Florida and Robert C. Benjamin; sister of the late Winona Rand and Ann Gomolka; she is survived by a son, Elmer Allan Banko and his wife Karen; a granddaughter, Dr. Jessica L. Banko and her spouse Dr. Edwin Weeber; her great-grandchildren, Andrew Weeber and Keria Weeber; and several nieces, nephews, and extended relatives.

Margaret’s final arrangements will be private, and a celebration of life for relatives and friends will be planned at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Wounded Warrior Project by visiting www.woundedwarriorproject.org
