Ralph Vetrano

Ralph Vetrano “Big Ralph”, 81, of Toms River, (formerly of Bloomfield) passed away on June 6, 2015. Born in Newark he lived in Bloomfield for 15 years before moving to Toms River 3 years ago. He worked for the International Union of Bricklayers of Essex County in local 4 for many years. Ralph was a good man willing to help anyone in a time of need as well as a devoted husband and father; he will be greatly missed by everyone whose lives he touched. Ralph was preceded in death by his parents John Vetrano , Maria (nee Vitiello), stepmother Josephine (nee Biancardi), father-in-law Thomas Spanos and mother-in-law Helen (nee Trafalis). He is survived by his beloved wife Constance “Tina” (nee Spanos); his son John Vetrano and his daughter Gia Vetrano; cherished brother-in-law of Theresa and Carmen Lucarelli, Sohie D’Alessio and Ritchie D’Angelo, the late William (Billy) Spanos; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. Visitation will be on Wednesday June 10th from 4 to 8 PM at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Rd. Toms River, NJ 08755. A funeral service will be held on Thursday at the funeral home at 10:30 AM.
