Richard "Richie" Lambert 75 yrs old of Toms River NJ passed away on December 24, 2023. He was born in Elizabeth NJ in 1948 and raised by his loving Grandparents Selma Emilie Johanna Wolf Lambert and Clement Victor Lambert. Richard graduated from Toms River High School South and worked as a heavy equipment diesel mechanic his entire life for different contractors in Ocean County.
Richard was preceded in death by his Grandparents Selma and Clement. He is survived by his ex-wife April Lambert, Daughter Sherri Lambert, Sisters Babette "Babs" Wall, her husband Denny and Michelle "Mickey" Woodruff and nieces and a nephew.
Richard will be remembered for loving his family and his love for all animals especially his beloved Rottweiler Maximillion and kitty Angel. He was extremely hard working and would help anyone who needed it. He is forever in our hearts and will truly be missed for leaving far too soon.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2024 12 pm to 2 pm at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Rd, Toms River. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to either the Ocean or Monmouth County SPCA in Richard's name.
