Thomas J. Feeley, Sr., 80, passed away suddenly on January 20th at his home in Toms River. He was devoted to his craft as a state-certified painter for New Jersey City University for over 30 years, retiring in 2009. Thomas was 1 of 9 siblings and loving husband to his wife of nearly 60 years, Jean. He is survived by Jean, his two children Michele and Thomas Jr., and his two granddaughters Brianna and Emily. Relatives and friends will be received on Friday, January 23, 2026 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River, NJ 08755. A ceremony will follow at 4 p.m. in the the funeral home.
