Peacefully passed away on December 28, 2013 at the Markham Stouffville Hospital. Beloved wife of Joseph Hung Kwan. Loving mother of Teresa (Alan Tang), Cecilia (Paul Harmon), Gabriel, Bernard (Rosa) and Francis (Alice). Cherished grandma of Vera (Chris Ouellet), the late Gilbert, Genevieve and Felicity. Agnes will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.
Friends may visit the Chinese Matyrs' Catholic Church, 2755 Denison Street on Thursday, January 2, 2014 from 10:30 to 11:00am. A funeral mass will commence at 11:00am. Burial at Christ the King Cemetery.
