Jason Tyler Armstrong passed away peacefully at North York General Hospital at 2:00 p.m. on September 6, 2018 after a life-long battle with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. He sadly leaves behind his parents Wayne and Nancy, his grandmother Marthe and his brothers Jeff and Chad, and his Sister in-law Sara as well as his dear niece and nephew Ella and Ryan. He will be dearly missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins, care-givers, friends, teammates and everyone whose heart he touched.
Jason was a living example of what we all strive to be: patient, forgiving, wise, family oriented and witty. He was an accomplished goal tender with the Canadian Electric Wheelchair Association and is privileged to have his name on a trophy at the Hockey Hall of Fame. HEAVEN HAS JUST WELCOMED ITS NEWEST STAR........JASON!! He will be missed always and celebrated often.

Visiting will be held at Jerrett North York Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street, (South of Steeles Ave.) Toronto on Sunday, September 16. 2018. from 1:00 p.m., followed by a Celebration of Life in the chapel at 2:00 p.m.
