Sean Bruce Paxton

SEAN PAXTON Passed away peacefully on April 4, 2012 at his home with his wife Edith at his side - he was 43 years old. Beloved son of Mary (Roger) and Bruce (Peggy), brother to Caroline (Tim) and Alex and uncle to Charlotte and Nate. He will be dearly missed by step-children Marie-Eve and Justin, in-laws Louise and Raynald, aunts Theresa, Pamela (Andy) and Sandra (Bob), uncle Allan (Amrita) and his cousins. Sean was a courageous fighter, a loyal friend and a loving son, brother and husband. Within his strong exterior was a sweet, kind and generous soul who was always the first to offer help to anyone in need. He loved to play hockey and baseball with his friends and was the heart and soul of his teams. Sean always made the most of life and enjoyed travelling, driving fast cars, being the life of the party and betting on sports. He had a lot of pride in his business, Safety Solutions Inc., and cared deeply about his employees. Throughout his illness Sean displayed a courageous spirit, ensuring that everyone was taken care of, downplaying his discomfort and reassuring everyone that he was okay. He has taught us all so much about hope, strength and courage and about living life in the moment. We will love and miss our sweet boy forever. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 9, 2012 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the Jerrett Funeral Home "North York Chapel", 6191 Yonge St. (south of Steeles Ave.). A Celebration of Sean's Life will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 10, 2012.
