Peacefully passed away on April 30, 2015 at North York General Hospital. Loving mother of Connie, Ann, Tommy (Sue) and Carmen. Cherished grandma of Samantha and Alison. Mrs. Li will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.
Invited friends may visit the Jerrett Funeral Homes, 6191 Yonge Street (2 lights south of Steeles, on the east side) on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 from 9:30am to 10:30am. A funeral service will commence at 10:30am in the funeral home chapel. Burial at York Cemetery to follow.
