Peacefully passed away on September 23, 2012 at the Sunnybrook Health Science Centre. Beloved husband of Ingrid Ying Yeh. Loving father of Kenneth (Patty), Joseph (Evelyn), Jean (Paul Yee) and Judy (Martin Chen). Cherished grandpa of Elisa, Gabriel, Elliot, Janelle, Shannon, Hannah, Josiah, Brandon, Amanda, Kristen and Gregory. Thomas will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Friends may visit the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street (2 lights south of Steeles, on the east side) on Friday, 6:00 - 9:00pm. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2012, 2:00pm at the New Life EFC Gospel Church, 2940 Markham Road, with visitation starting at 1:30pm. Burial at York Cemetery to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donation to the New Life EFC Church Building Fund (www.efcnewlife.org) would be appreciated by the family.
