Ursula Currie (nee Dieschke), age 91, of Peterborough, Ontario passed away at St. Joseph at Fleming Long Term Retirement Home, on Monday, July 12, 2021. Ursula was born May 4, 1930 in Reischewo. Beloved wife of the late Milton Angus Currie.
Ursula will be deeply missed by her niece Karen (Henry), Michael (Nicole), and Daniel; as well as her niece Rita (Carlos), Christopher, Nicholas and Katie; and her niece Linda (Dave) Victoria, David Jr. and Zachary, along with her cousins Gertrude, Ottilie, Eva; and many other special "nieces, nephews and their families".
Visitation will be held on Friday July 23, 2021 at Warden Full Gospel Assembly (2210 Warden Ave. south of Finch Ave) from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will be held in the sanctuary of Warden Full Gospel Assembly on Saturday July 24, 2021 at 11:00 am with a pre-service viewing at 10:00 am., followed by interment at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Due to the new Covid 19 Stage 3 regulations, all are welcome to celebrate Ursula's life.
