I am so sorry that aunt Nora passed away. Although I never got to know her, we feel as a family with you. Death is an enemy as we know from experience. We are confident that we will be able to greet her sometime on the day of the resurrection.

Dear Andy and family,
we are connected by many memories: From the first meeting, your wedding, the birth of your first son Roger till your departure to America. After that, a long break...It was only because of the pandemic that we had the opportunity to see each other again by zooming in. Unfortunately, it was two months too late. Now we’re just scrolling through our old pictures. What a pity!
But our God promises to give us hope: I will make everything new.” There will be no more tears and no more death. (Revelation 21 Verse 3 – 5).

Dear uncle Andy and dear family,

just when an online family reunion was planned recently, we learned about the passing of our aunty Nora. We are very sad and sorry and would like to express our deepest sympathy to you uncle Andy and to all family members. 
It is always hard to find the right words of comfort but we want you to know that you are in our thoughts and are the subject of our prayers. We cannot fathom completely how painful it must be for a husband to lose his beloved wife. But since we have experienced the loss of dear family members, like a parent and grandparents, we do understand the grief of losing a loved one. 

One thought that did comfort us is stated in Psalm 34 verse 18 were God offers to be “close to the brokenhearted” and to “save those who are crushed in spirit.” This, and the strength to bear this hardship is what we wholeheartedly wish for you and your family. We really would love to stay in touch with you all.

Dear Andy and dear family,

I was very sad when I heard about my dear sister's death! I would have loved to see her again!

I can understand the great pain well, because my Heinz also passed away a few years ago after a long period of serious illness. Death is tearing a huge gap in life that no one can fill!
The only thing that comforts me is that God promised to bring the dead back to life. And what he promises, he will keep, too, because he can't lie.
I look forward to the time when I can reembrace my husband and my dear sister Nora!

Until then, we have to persevere and give each other strength.
This strength I wish you Andy and your children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren!

Dear family,
I was very sad to hear about the death of my aunt Nora. I would like to introduce myself briefly. 
My name is Amber and I'm the second of three children of Nora´s sister Irma. 
Unfortunately, I never met my aunt in person. It´s hard to find words of comfort on such an occasion, but we are sorry for your loss from the bottom of our hearts.  We, as Christians, have the sure hope that we will be able to embrace again our dear deceased friends and relatives, among them also our dear aunt Nora. We find the guarantee in John 5:28,29: " Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice 29 and come out..."
We take advantage of this promise because it helps us to get through this difficult time. Even though we, unfortunately, don´t know each other personally, we love you all the same as part of the family. We wish you a lot of strength and encouragement and send you our love and affection.

Lieber Andy und liebe Familie,

ich war sehr traurig, als ich vom Tod meiner lieben Schwester gehört habe! Ich hätte sie so gerne noch einmal gesehen!

Ich kann den großen Schmerz gut nachvollziehen, denn auch mein Heinz ist nach längerer schwerer Krankheit vor einigen Jahren verstorben. Der Tod reißt eine große Lücke in das Leben, die niemand füllen kann!
Das einzige, was mich tröstet ist, dass Gott versprochen hat, die Toten wieder zum Leben zu erwecken. Und was er verspricht, das wird er auch halten, denn er kann nicht lügen.
Ich freue mich auf die Zeit, in der ich meinen Mann und meine liebe Schwester Nora wieder in die Arme schließen kann!

Bis dahin müssen wir durchhalten und uns gegenseitig Kraft geben.
Diese Kraft wünsche ich dir Andy und deinen Kindern, Enkeln und Urenkeln!

We were very sad when we were informed about the death of our aunt Nora. Unfortunately, we had only rare contact by phone.  Nevertheless, we are glad to know that she had a full and happy life surrounded by her large family. We would like to express our deepest condolences to you. We wish you strength to bear this heavy loss.
Like Nora's mother, Charlotta, we as Christians are convinced that Nora has the hope of a resurrection. For Jesus promised his disciples: "I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life" (According to John, chapter 11 verse 25). We are very much looking forward to seeing her again when Jesus fulfills his promise.  Finally, we would like to assure her husband Andy and her whole family:  You are all welcome and we love you! Please keep in touch with us.

Unfortunately, we learned last week that Aunt Nora passed away. We would like to express our deepest sympathy and condolences. We only had telephone contact, but we feel very connected with the family. We hope you can overcome your grief. One help has given us hope for a resurrection from the Bible. There we speak of 8 people who have actually been resurrected, which is a preview of what will happen in the future. We wish you a lot of strength and all love. Family Daniel Hensky

The world is a little dimmer without our dear friend Nora. She always brighten a room when she entered. We  will miss her smiles,  hugs and teasing. I have never met a more kind, generous, compassionate, dedicated and caring lady like Nora.  Roger and their family always came first and then she would help others.   She will be truly missed.

Words can not express how saddened we were when we heard the news.   Dave and I have been truly blessed by the friendship we have with Nora and Roger.  Her stories, love of her family and love for Roger will always be a part of us.   She was a very special Lady and we miss her very much, thinking of you all.
