Richard L. Herbst, age 80, of Turlock, California passed away on Wednesday June 19, 2019. Richard was born September 12, 1938. Beloved husband of Jane Herbst he was also a loving father to his son, Mark Herbst and his two daughters Susan Ramirez and Liz Stewart.
Richard served in the Air Force and had many hobbies such as fishing, camping, golfing and being out on the boat.
