Caring for you
At Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service, we warmly assist you through the funeral planning process, whether you are planning in advance or have recently lost someone close to you. We are dedicated to serving all ethnic backgrounds and religious beliefs in a personalized manner with knowledge, care and professionalism. To better serve our community, we speak English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Our Turlock funeral home features a chapel for those seeking traditional services and a reception room for more modern celebrations of life or catered receptions. Our more intimate gathering areas provide a place of reflection.
We are proud to be a member of the Dignity Memorial® network of funeral, cremation and cemetery service providers. The Dignity Memorial brand is your assurance of quality, value, caring service and customer satisfaction.
Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service was founded in the early 1900s by a couple named O’Hara. After they passed, the Drake family took over. In 1943, the funeral home was sold to the Nortons. In 1983, when it was sold to the Whitehurst Group, the name changed to Whitehurst & Norton Funeral Service. Today our funeral chapel is known as Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service.
In 2007, Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service became a member of the Dignity Memorial network, the largest and most trusted network of funeral, cremation and memorialization service providers. Located in historic downtown Turlock, Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service remains a fixture of the community.
