As a young child, Andrew was happy, frequently with laughter, and wrapped in the love and joy of his family. He truly loved listening to music and was calm and attentive when music was playing. Also Christian music. Even with his limitations, he responded to the presence of his twin brother and to conversation from family and close friends. He enjoyed the lights and attractions in his environment.
Throughout his life, he enjoyed the loving attention from his mother, father, close family, friends, teachers and caregivers at Truman W. Smith Children’s Care Center. He truly was a blessing, and he still will be held closely forever in our hearts.
His grandparents, Dr. Charles T. Meadows and wife, Helen Meadows and grandfather, Thomas O. Eller, preceded Andrew. Survivors are his mother, Dawn Chapman and husband, Stan Chapman of Abilene; his father, Tom Eller, II and his wife, Carlette; his brother, William T. Eller of Abilene; a sister, Arianna Eller of Harker Heights, Texas and a brother, William Lyons of Nolanville, Texas.
