

Funeral services for Clay Moorman Dillard, 51, Edom will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 16, 2012 at Lloyd James Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Paul Powell officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until service time on Friday at Lloyd James Funeral Home. Burial will be in Edom Cemetery under the direction of Lloyd James Funeral Home.
Clay passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at East Texas Medical Center in Tyler. He was born February 10, 1961 in Tyler to Ted and Nita Dillard.
He graduated from Robert E. Lee High School inTyler and obtained an associate’s degree from Trinity Valley Community College in Athens. He was a longtime employee of Halliburton. He was saved at Pine Cove Camp and was baptized in Lake Palestine. He attended Cross Brand Cowboy Church.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Kyle; grandparents, Herbert and Lois Dillard and Milton and Marcell Pearson.
He is survived by his loving family including his parents, wife Dana Dillard, daughters, Lauren Elizabeth Dillard, Devon Clayre Dillard, and brother Terry Dillard.
Pallbearers will be Danny Ayers, Ken McClure, Ricky Rudd, Terry Dillard, Matt McKenzie, and Jim Jenkins.
