A Mass of Christian burial for Guadalupe Loya, 58, of Tyler, is scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Thursday, January 8, 2015 at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church with Father Luis Larrea officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lloyd James Funeral Home. Burial is in Cathedral in the Pines Cemetery.
Guadalupe passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 in Tyler.
She was born on April 20, 1956 in Chihuahua, Mexico, to the late Reyes and Petra Ortega.
She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Gregorio Loya; daughters, Lizeth Loya and Lupita Ledezma; son, Hector Loya; and three grandsons, Julian Corchado, Daniel Ledezma, and Ever Campa.
Pallbearers will be Ivan Muñiz, Jesus Muñiz, Daniel Ledezma, Marcos Loya, Jaime Loya, and Hector Loya, Jr.
The family will receive friends at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church from noon til 7:00 P.M. with rosary at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 7, 2015.
