Gwen was born to Jewel Garland Goff and Nina Frank Musick Goff, and was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Shirlene Brimble and Carolyn Tom; and her brother, Garland Goff.
She was the beloved wife of James Lee Murray for 62 years, a devoted mother to Shannon Murray and Holly Murray Abraham, and a cherished grandmother to Abigail Dupuy Bosley (Pat Bosley), Gus Dupuy, Isaac Abraham, and Jacob Abraham. Gwen was also the proud great-grandmother of Gwendolyn James “Winnie” Bosley, who carries on her name and spirit.
Gwen joyfully devoted her life to her family, which was always at the center of her heart.
She was an example of unconditional love—creative, funny, and full of life. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, music and dancing, and her sense of humor and vibrant spirit made every room brighter. Her legacy lives on in the love she gave and the many lives she touched.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
