Harold A. Connor

Harold was born March 4, 1921 in Avinger, Texas and passed away on July 21, 2018 in Tyler, Texas.

Harold served in the Army Air Corps as an aerial gunner during World War II. After completing his military service he returned to Dallas. He was employed at Lone Star Gas for over 41 years. Upon his retirement in 1992, Harold moved to his lake house on Lake Palestine where he spent many happy years with family and friends. He lived at The Hamptons in Tyler for the last ten years. He was a member of University Church of Christ.

Harold is survived by his nieces, Mary Lee Milton of Urbana, IL; Martha Pierpont of Hillsboro; Donna (Katie) Lightfoot of Sherman and his nephews, Paul Clark of League City; Danny Baker of Waco and Dale Baker of Crowley and Ronald Martin, a very special friend who was like a son to him.
