Robert “Bob” KimbroughMemorial Services for Robert “Bob” Kimbrough, 73, of Whitehouse are scheduled for 1:30 P.M., Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at Lloyd James Funeral Chapel with Father Dan Daugherty officiating under the direction of Lloyd James Funeral Home.Mr. Kimbrough passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2009 in Tyler. He was born on December 12, 1936 in Bell, CA to the late Charles Martin and Mary Cahill Kimbrough. Bob was an ¬¬¬¬amateur pilot and enjoyed flying. He retired as a plant manager for National Can Corporation and Roadmaster Industries. Mr. Kimbrough was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He was preceded in death by brother, M. Mike Kimbrough; sister Pat Worthington; and nephew Jake Wardlow.He is survived by his wife of 50 years Barbara Kimbrough of Whitehouse; sons, Gregory and wife Roxann Kimbrough of Whitehouse; Michael and wife Jennifer Kimbrough of Edmond, OK; grandsons, Chase Kimbrough, Scott Kimbrough, Garrett Gardner, Jeffrey Kimbrough and mother Nancy Jo Shurtleff; sister and brother-in-laws, Nancy and husband Cooper Wardlow of Whitehouse; Nieces, Becky Williams of Bellevue, Washington, and Debi Wardlow of Tyler; great nephews, Drew Williams of Bellevue, Washington, and Zachary Wardlow of Tyler; and several other nephews nieces and other family members.In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Heart to Heart Hospice of Tyler 1402 Rice Rd.
