Delia Garcia

Delia Garcia, 83, of Secaucus, NJ, passed away on May 11, 2021. She was born in Cuba on February 22, 1938 and was one of six children born to the late Enrique and Emiliana Rodriguez. Delia came to the United States in 1968 with her late husband, Julio Garcia and their two young children.

She resided in Union City for over 30 years moving to Secaucus in 2003. Delia worked as a seamstress for many years before retiring. One of her greatest joys was spending time with her loving family. She will be fondly remembered as "Nani" to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Delia was predeceased by her loving husband, Julio and her son, Javier Garcia.

She is survived by her devoted daughter, Maria Elena Sinno (Kenneth), daughter-in-law Judy Pace Garcia and eight grandchildren, Kevin Sinno, Esq. (Janelle), Jenny Scarabaggio (Rocco), Amy Esteves (Miguel), Ellen Appello (Jason), Megan Garcia(Leland), Melissa Kessler, Julie Garcia-Jones and Sarah Garcia; along with fifteen cherished great-grandchildren.

The family will welcome guests for a Memorial Service in celebration of Delia's life on Saturday May 15 from 2 - 6 PM at the Leber Funeral Home, 2000 Kennedy Blvd, Union City, NJ.
