Born in Havana, Cuba, on the 11th day of April, 1945. to the late Delfin and Luisa Ruiz, Emilia lived in Union City up until her passing.
Emilia was the devoted mother of her children Ray Azcui, and Barbara Hill. Loving grandmother to Luis Guerrero, Jency, Rachel, Elise and Erik, and seven cherished greatgrandchildren Ava, Teddy, Meadol, Elias, Adam, Leah, and Madelyn.
Emilia's life celebration will include a visiting on Wednesday, December 23, from 4-8 PM at the Leber Funeral home, 2000 Kennedy Blvd, Union City, NJ.
