Mrs. Emma M. Ohm Rossi

Rossi, Emma M. [ nee Ohm ], 90 , on Monday, September 11, 2006 at Meadowlands Hospital & Medical Center, Secaucus, NJ. Emma was born in West Hoboken [ now called Union City ], NJ, and lived most of her life in North Bergen, NJ. With her late husband Alfred, they owned and operated one of the fixtures on Summit Avenue, Union City, the Rossi's Fish Market, retiring in 1976.

She was an active member and served on the Church Council, Ladies Aid Society, Lutheran Church Warden and Past President of the Altar Guild for Bethany Lutheran Church, North Bergen, NJ.

She is survuved by a daughter, Christina Schubert, a son Robert A. Rossi, three [ 3 ] Grandchildren Steven Schubert, Merrill Gil - Santiago and Diane Dassotti, and six [ 6 ] Great Grandchildren, Gabrielle, Elizabeth, Nicholas, Noelle, Steven and Tyler. She is Predeceased by her loving husband, the late Alfred Rossi.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2006 at the Bethany Lutheran Church, North Bergen, NJ for a 10:00 AM service. Entombment will be held at Flower Hill Mausoleum, North Bergen, NJ.
