Mr. Frank X Clark died on November 6, 2004. He was born in West Hoboken and was 92 years old. Mr. Clark was an educator for many years in Union City, the former principal of Edison school and a former Commissioner of Union City. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy during World War II and a member of the American Legion.
Mr Clark is survived by his wife Majorie,daughters Kathleen Garabed and Ann Mercado, sons Patrick and James Clark along with six grandchildren. Arrangements under the direction of Leber Funeral Home in Union City, NJ.
