Aileen Neyland

Aileen Neyland, age 86 passed away January 5, 2019. She was born May 10, 1932 in Gonzales, Texas to Arno and Rosie (Stautzenberger) Richter. Aileen was a member of the Converse Citizens Police Academy, a lifetime member of the Converse Volunteer Fire Department and Auxiliary. Aileen was helpful and friendly to all. She took pride in community service and her family. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Olden Neyland; and sister, Christine Faubion; sister Annie Richter; Frederick Richter. Survivors include her daughter, Lola Morgan; son, Charles Neyland; grandson, Olden Morgan and wife Bethany; great granddaughter, Megan; sister, Elsie Key; brother, Robert Richter; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. A visitation will be held Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 9:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. and funeral services will begin at 11:00 A.M. at Colonial Funeral Home. Interment will be a later date at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
