Alice McGlone, age 67 of McQueeney passed away July 1, 2010. She was born July 21, 1942 in Zanesfield, Ohio to Ernest and Helen (Quinn) Van Voorhis. She was an Assistant Vice-President at San Antonio Federal Credit Union for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, her “Pop”, Eugene C. Ferner, and her son, Christopher W. McGlone. Survivors include her husband, Willard B. McGlone; children, Karen Kay Burt and husband Clifton, Shelly West, Brian West and his wife Sylvia; granddaughter, Autumn N. West; 11 brothers and sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held Monday, July 5, 2010 from 5:00 until 9:00 P.M. and funeral services will be Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at Colonial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
