Erminia Vasquez passed away on Monday October 12, 2015 at age 85. She was born on October 5, 1930 to David Cruz and Delfina (Mesa) Cruz in San Angelo, Texas. Erminia married Eloy Vasquez December 31, 1950 in San Diego, California and danced to their favorite song “Mona Lisa” She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Eloy Vasquez; and numerous brothers and sisters. Her surviving relatives are her sons; Eloy Vasquez Jr. and Jesse Vasquez. Her daughters; Rosalinda Vasquez, Rosemary Dickens and husband Donald, Rose Elia Schulze and husband David. Her grandsons; David Nicholas Schulze and wife Josephine, Eloy Vasquez III and wife Cecilia. Her granddaughter; Eloisa Santana and husband Bert, and by her great grandchildren; Logan Schulze, Amy Santana, Anthony Santana, Diego Garcia and Cecilia Flores and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, October 18, 2015 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday, October 19, 2015 at 9:00 A.M. at Colonial Funeral Home. Interment will be at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
