Herman W. Olds, III, age 52 of Converse, went home to be with the Lord, on Saturday, August 7, 2010. He is a graduate of Copperas Cove High School and Lincoln Technical Institute. He was a Honda mechanic for 28 years until becoming a Cornwell Tool Distributor the past 5 years. Herman is survived by his wife Janie, sons Joshua, Jeremiah and Jacob, parents Herman, Jr. and Hope and grandsons Braeton and Joshua and granddaughters Cheyenne and Elizabeth. Family, friends, peers and customers are welcome to visit the family at 9822 Coppercreek, Converse, TX during the evening of (Thursday, August 12, 7 PM – 9 PM). A celebration of his life will be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations toward expenses incurred during his hospital stay.
