Mr. Jay Scott Bellamy, age 47, of Universal City, Texas passed away unexpectedly on Thursday March 15, 2018. Jay was born March 6, 1971 in Peterbrough, England, United Kingdom. Jay is survived by his mother, Janet E Seider, step-father James Ogilvie, brothers John E Walton, Shane T Seider, sister Kerry D Seider, and daughter Ashley Bellamy. Jay is also survived by his loving Auntie Maggie, and his cousins Shaun, Lisa, and Gregory. Jay is preceded in death by his father Thomas M Seider, his grandparents, John & Hilda Bellamy and his beloved cousins Carl and Donna.
Jay was a loving father, son, brother, and friend to many. He will be missed dearly and will remain in our thoughts forever. Jay served Honorably as a Infantry section leader and was a top sharp shooter in his company.
A funeral is scheduled for Friday the 13th of April @ 10:45am Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery. Services will be held at shelter 5. After the service you are invited to celebrate Jay's life with us at the Universal City VFW located at 202 W Aviation Blvd; Universal City, Texas 78148 starting 1300.
