Lydia L. Mitchell

Lydia had a thrift resell business for many years and enjoyed working in her beautiful garden. She also belonged to a prayer group and attended Alamo City Church.

She is preceded in death by the love of her life, Ed Mitchell, husband #3; daughter, Elizabeth; and son, Raul Reyes, Jr.

Lydia is survived by her children, Bernie Reyes and Linda Bepko; grandchildren, Nathan Rose, J. Casey Bepko, James Collin Bepko, Mia Cody Bepko Gavin; great grandchildren, Hayden Rose, Zoe Bepko, Bailey Bepko, Ally Bepko, Everly Gavin and Gray Gavin.

A visitation for Lydia will be held Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Colonial Funeral Home, 625 Kitty Hawk Road, Universal City, TX 78148. A funeral service conducted by Chaplain Larry Henry from Alamo City Church will be held Thursday, October 12, 2023 from 8:30 AM to 9:15 AM, 625 Kitty Hawk Road, Universal City, TX 78148. A committal service will follow Thursday, October 12, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd., San Antonio, TX 78209.
