Mary Jo La Roque went to be with the Lord December 3, 2016 at the age of 87. Mary was born March 26, 1929 in San Antonio, Texas to Russell and Augusta Barron. Mary Jo was a school teacher for 30 years at various schools in San Antonio. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years Billy Ray La Roque and her parents.
Mrs. La Roque is survived by her son: Gary Ray La Roque and daughter: Joyce Lyn La Roque Stender and her husband Chris; Grandchildren: Matthew and Natalie Stender; Great Grandchildren: Kayla and Savannah Stender.
