Olivia Cecilia Buckley, age 1, joined Our Lord in heaven, Friday, April 27, 2018 in San Antonio, TX. Olivia was born August 13, 2016 to Christopher and Theresea Buckley. Olivia loved Classical music, her stuffed bear "Bear Bear", milk, pita bread and humus and was the most pure and joyous human being that her family had been blessed to know. Her affection, laughter and cheeky humor made her the belle of every moment in time. Her life and the abounding love she shared were the holiest gifts that she had to offer for the time that she blessed everyone she met.
Olivia is preceded in death by her grandparents: Jack and Gloria Buckley; and her unborn baby brother, Jacob Buckley.
Survivors include her parents, Christopher Blaise and Theresea Anne Buckley, and her newborn baby sister, Evangeline Zelie Buckley. Additionally, she is survived by her maternal great-grandparents, A. J. and Joan Seifert, her paternal great-grandmother Victoria "Momo" Killian, her maternal grandparents, James and Wanda Seifert, her "Nana" Victoria Moss and her husband Gerald Moss; as well as her Grandma Sharon Buckley. Olivia also is survived by her aunts and uncles: Patrick and Angela Stone; Christopher and Natalie Gill; Danielle Buckley; Robert and Clarissa Gray; Caleb Seifert; Colette Seifert, Samantha Krivacka; and Ethan Krivacka. Among others, she is additionally survived by 6 cousins: Wyatt, Haydin and Ryder Gill; and Sophia, Jacqueline and Kiara Stone.
A Catholic rosary will be said Wednesday, May 9, at 5 pm at St. Pius X Catholic Church in San Antonio, TX, followed by a funeral Mass at 6 pm. A community bereavement will follow the funeral Mass in the Monsignor William C. Martin Family Center adjacent to St. Pius X Catholic Church.
Olivia's burial will be private, for immediate family only.
To honor Olivia Cecilia Buckley, The Olivia Buckley Memorial Fund, will be established at St. Pius X Catholic Church, in San Antonio, TX, to aid families with funeral costs and bills following the loss of their dearly departed.
