She was born on February 7, 1942 in Nakhon Sawan, Thailand and met her husband, Roy Martzall while he was stationed in Thailand with the United States Air Force. After moving to the United States she continued to be an active part of the Thai community by joining her local Buddhist temple.
Known to many as Nit and Mama Sam, she made friends wherever she went. Her feisty spirit, fierce love, unique style, and cooking will be greatly missed.
