Zenaida Mae Adair

She was preceded in death by her mother Donalda Villa and grandmother Donna Gates. She is survived by her parents, Iris and Philip Amon; her grandfather, Sam Gates and his wife Barbara; her brother James Butler and wife Mindy; her sister Vesparrae Villa; and a number of extended family members. She is also survived by her father Vernon Standley, Jr. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Vernon Standley and brother John Allen. She leaves siblings including Kodie Adams, H. J. Standley, Shannon Standley and Steven Standley. She leaves three children, Daya Baer, Trevor Morris and Anastasia Aguilar.

Zenaida graduated from Judson Learning Academy and has many friends who also mourn her passing. She loved to bake and was an accomplished quilter. Zenaida was an avid reader, and her family requests that those wishing to honor her memory do so by buying a book for, or making a donation to a public library, school library or daycare of your choice.

A visitation for Zenaida will be held Friday, August 31, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Colonial Funeral Home, 625 Kitty Hawk Road, Universal City, TX. A funeral service will occur Saturday, September 1, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, at Colonial Funeral Home, 625 Kitty Hawk Road, Universal City, TX. A family interment will occur Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Oak Island Cemetery, Hwy 1604, Oak Island, Bexar County, TX.
