Alvin was born in San Diego, CA. He was a graduate of Kempsville High School, Class of 2006. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Diana Walker and an uncle, Brian Walker.
Survivors include his loving parents, Alvin J. Walker, Jr. and Charmaine Lewis Walker, paternal grandfather, Alvin J. Walker, Sr., maternal grandparents, Bennie Lewis, Jr. and Joyce Bracey, a brother, Khirey B. Walker, two aunts, Joycelyn Lewis and Nicole Lewis, an uncle, Michael Lewis, two cousins, Zaria Wilson and Breanna Sam, godparents, Michael and Techia Walker and family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Monday, July 5, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home where a celebration of Alvin’s life will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park.
