Betty Monroe Bailey, 85, passed away in Virginia Beach on Monday afternoon. She was born in Norfolk to the late Claude and Lucy Monroe, she is predeceased by her loving husband, Robert Lee Bailey as well. She made her family her focus in her life, she will be dearly missed by all. Betty is survived by her son, Claude “Beetle” Bailey; brothers, Don Monroe (Jan) and their children, Michael and Richard’s families and a special friend, Phyllis Suggs.
