Betty “Toolie” N. Etheridge passed away January 17, 2012. She was born in Manteo, N.C. on February 7, 1929.
At Betty’s request services will be private. Memorial donations may be made in Betty’s name to the Virginia Beach United Methodist Church or the Virginia Beach SPCA.
