Cindy was born in Norfolk, Va and was preceded in death by her parents, Raymon and Mae Myers and a sister Gayla Myers.
Survivors include her loving companion Matthew McGinnis; a son Brandon Closson; two granddaughters Shyann and Lilly Closson; four sisters Lisa Latham and husband Dale, Debbie Pratte, Cathy Fink and Jean McGinnis and two brothers Raymon Myers, Jr., and Roy Myers; two aunts, Shirley McKown and Brenda Hilliker.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2:00 p.m. by Chaplain Richard Moon at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462.
