David D. Gillenwater, 81, entered peacefully into rest on December 22, 2011. Born in McComas, West Virginia, he was stationed in Germany during Korean Conflict. He moved to Virginia and became a pipefitter.
He is survived by his daughter, Susan, her husband, Dave; son, Tom and grandchildren, Ashley, Andrew and Jeremy. He is also survived by his sister, Pauline Rhodes; brothers, Joe, Frank and Mack Gillenwater along with many nieces and nephews.
