David was predeceased by this parents Robert F. and Mary B. Johnston; and Brother, William L. Johnston.
He is survived by his Brother, Robert H. Johnston; two Nieces, Cindy J. White and Susan J. Rowland (Jeff); one great Nephew, Thomas T White Jr; three great Nieces, Stacey W. Ayala (Edgar), Beth Rowland (Josh), and Holly Anderson (Sam); two great great Nephews, Thomas T “Trey” White III and Wade Anderson; and Sister in law, Faytie C. Johnston.
David retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad after 34 years of service. He loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing and time with his family.
A private service was held.
