Debra "Nana" J. Boggs Cullipher

Debra Cullipher passed away with her family by her side on Monday, November 25th, at the age of 63. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 38 years, John Cullipher; daughter, Shannon; step-son, John; and her seven grandchildren, Destiney, Jason, Triniti, Rose Marie, Justin, Jason and Jackson. Survived by her Mother, Sarah Boggs; siblings, Natalie, Dennis and Cheryl. Debra was from Leipsic Ohio, but lived and passed away in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She loved taking rides in the country fields looking at the deer and watching the sunset. Her favorite place to go out to eat was Mexican. She was so kind, gentle, loving and a beautiful person. Debbie was always positive and happy. She is loved and missed dearly by everyone.
