Mrs. Howard was born in Richmond, VA and resided most of her life in Virginia Beach, VA. She was the founder of the Tidewater Cheerleading Association and former owner of Cheer Unlimited Cheer Gym.
Survivors include her loving husband of forty-two years, Jim Howard, a son, James Howard; a daughter, Jessica Stahlbock and husband, Brian; a grandson, Bodie Stahlbock, two sisters, Patricia Arnold and Susan Edwards and mother-in-law, Peggy Fromme.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday, February 26, 2012 from 2 to 4 p.m.at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home. Graveside services will be private.
