Doris C. Ferguson, 90, passed away on August 29, 2014. She was born on January 21, 1924 to the late Joseph L. and Anna Cashwell in Ingold, North Carolina. She is predeceased by her husband Robert H. Ferguson, Jr. and daughter Gloria F. Vizzier.
Doris served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and worked for the Naval Investigative Service retiring in 1983. She was a wonderful Mother, Grand Mother and friend.
She is survived by her son Robert H. Ferguson III; and son-in-law Richard Vizzier; her granddaughter Alexandra Stephenson and her husband Drew, her grandson Chase Vizzier and his wife Elyssa and two Great Grand Children Janet and Chris Stephenson.
A private service will be held on September 13th at Rosewood Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers please send donations to K9 Rescue.
