Edward Bennett Foy, 78, passed away peacefully in his home in Virginia Beach. Ed was born in Utica, NY, to the late C.P. and Ethel Foy. He is also predeceased by his sister, Irene Datig. He spent his life focusing on his family and being a devoted husband to his wife, Ann. He is survived by his loving wife, Vimol “Ann” Foy; daughters, Irene and Amy Foy both of Chesapeake and Nancy Martindell and her husband, George of PA; brothers, Claudius “Pattie” Foy of NM and David Lewis of CA as well as a grandson, Jacob Martindell.
A visitation will be from 6-8pm, Thursday at Kellum Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 1pm, Friday inside the Kellum Funeral Home Chapel.
