Elsie Frances Stone, 85, passed away Sunday in Virginia Beach. A native of Hopewell, Virginia, she was predeceased by her parents, Hoke and Viola Bishop Harris. Elsie was a devoted housewife and mom, she centered her life around her family, she will be greatly missed by all.
She is survived by her son, James “Tim” Wheelhouse of Virginia Beach; grandchildren, James Wheelhouse, III and Justina Stuper as well as a great-grandson, Christopher Stuper.
A visitation will be from 6-8pm, Wednesday at Kellum Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 10am, Thursday at the Kellum Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.kellumfuneralhome.com.
