Eugene L. Lepley, 76, passed away on December 19, 2013. He was born on March 25, 1937 to the late Charlotte and Andrew L. Lepley in Ohio. His daughter Karen; granddaughter Keira; and mother and father-in-law Bertha and Clarence Spink all precede him in death. Mr. Lepley retired from the Navy after 20 years of service. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed the course at Eagle Haven. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Carol; daughter Carrie Schifrin and husband Jay; sons Michael Lepley and wife Malia, Jon Lepley and wife Melisa, and Kevin Lepley and wife Jennifer; sister Donna Kinney; six grandchildren Seth, Mackenzie, Ellie, Kayleigh, Tejah and Chase.A visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Rd., Virginia Beach, VA.A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 23, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. A burial will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park.
